At G FUEL, we want to ensure you are fully energized and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, items in unopened and original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your G FUEL tubs or products are unopened, safety seals are intact, and the order was delivered within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include your RMA number inside the package before shipping it back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
